Buying an ad does not guarantee approval. We reject creative that involves:

• Illegal products or services
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
• Pornography or explicit sexual content
• Hate speech or extremist content
• Impersonation or fraudulent claims
• Infringement of someone else's intellectual property
• Malicious downloads or illegal gambling
• Anything we determine creates unreasonable legal or security risk

You must own or have permission to use whatever you submit. We can reject creative at our discretion.

We don't promise traffic, clicks, conversions, or any particular outcome — just the placement itself.

Completed purchases are generally final. If we reject your creative and you can't provide an acceptable replacement, contact us — refunds are handled case by case.
