Rules

What's not allowed

Buying an ad doesn't guarantee approval. We reject creative that involves:

• Illegal products or services
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
• Pornography or explicit sexual content
• Hate speech or extremist content
• Impersonation or fraudulent claims
• Infringement of someone else's intellectual property
• Malicious downloads or illegal gambling
• Anything we determine creates unreasonable legal or security risk

You must own or have permission to use whatever you submit. We can reject creative at our discretion, including things not explicitly listed above.

What we don't promise

We don't promise traffic, clicks, conversions, or any particular outcome — just the placement itself, for at least the guaranteed time, once approved.

We don't endorse advertisers

Whoever currently owns the ad is not vetted, recommended, or endorsed by this site beyond passing the moderation rules above. We generally know nothing about an advertiser besides what they submitted and that they paid.

It's not an auction

You're not bidding, and you're not refunded because someone paid more and took your place after your guaranteed time — that's the entire game, not a problem. See How It Works.

Refunds

You bought an ad. Completed purchases are generally final — but you'll get your money back if:

• We reject or remove your creative for breaking these rules, and you're not offered (or don't want) a resubmission.
• Something went wrong on our end — charged twice, charged without your ad ever going live, or similar.
• The law where you live entitles you to one, which takes priority over anything written here.

Outside of that, changing your mind after your ad has gone live isn't grounds for a refund — the number and the moment were the product. If something seems wrong, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
