There's one ad on this site at a time, and a permanent record of every one that's ever run. That's most of what we keep — here's the specific list.
Whatever you submit — advertiser name, headline, description, image, destination link — goes on the homepage, then into the permanent Ad History. That's the whole point of the site, so it isn't something we delete later.
We never see your card details. Stripe handles the entire checkout; we only ever learn that a payment succeeded, for how much, and get a reference number for it. We don't store your email either — if you give one to Stripe during checkout, that stays with Stripe.
Each view or click is recorded against a one-way hash of your IP address, browser, and the current date — never the raw address. The hash can't be reversed back into who you are; it exists only to stop the same page refresh from being counted as a hundred views.
The same kind of hash, refreshed every 20 seconds while you're on the page, counted if it's been seen in the last 60 seconds. Nothing about a visit is kept once that window passes.
Claiming the next ad is rate-limited to stop the same visitor (or a script) from repeatedly tying up numbers for free — this also uses a one-way hash of your session, never your raw IP, and it isn't linked to your payment.
Site administration is locked to one account, protected the same way any login is. Nothing about that account is used for anything besides moderating submissions.
No third-party ad trackers, no ad pixels, no analytics sold or shared, no mailing list, no data sold to anybody. If you want to know what we hold about you or want something removed, get in touch.
